Rigiflex

Installing a face:

1. Zip the face into the top of the frame.
2. Zip the two sides of the face into the frame.
3. Finish by zipping the bottom of the face into the frame.
4. Perfect tension in a matter of minutes.

SpiritFlex

SPIRITFlexâ„¢ is a light-weight, low profile tensioning system with few limitations. It can be used with almost any type of flexible media up to 600gsm and tensions without the need for specialised tools. Graphics require very little finishing, keeping costs to a minimum. Applications of SPIRITFlexâ„¢ are wide-ranging, from retail and exhibition to large outdoor flexface signage, hoardings and vehicle livery.

It can be fitted to masonry, dry wall, building cladding, existing signage and light boxes. The speed with which graphics can be replaced makes it an ideal solution for regularly updated marketing campaigns. The system consists of two basic components: an extruded aluminium profile and a specially designed plastic tensioning profile. The aluminium is first fixed to the base structure using suitable standard fixings. The plastic component is then used to align, fix and tension the media with a minimum of effort. It is however, removable, to allow a new graphic to be inserted and tensioned when required. Replacement takes a matter of minutes, which saves valuable time for the installation team.
